So this is what's known as an open plea.
And the prosecutors uh really wanted to emphasize this because when we think about a deal, you think about like a tit for tat, someone got one thing, someone else got something else.

Now we see in state court the judge postponing the state case because the defense is saying, Well, he's now pled guilty.
He cannot be tried twice for the same offenses, the same act, the same criminal transaction.

And it's it's it's much more all encompassing than even the US Constitution is when it comes to double jeopardy.

So there's a stalking charge in federal court, which has a different element than a second degree murder charge in in state court, for instance.
