And so I don't know what it's going to take to see this change, but it's a real problem for the market. matched

Yeah, so I really like this quote that we had from an economist, that there are two 900-pound gorillas in the room right now. matched

We have the baby boomers who are throwing around their weight, and they're renovating homes because they're staying in their homes longer, they're healthier, they don't want to leave, they maybe want to just do a little bit, put a railing here, ramp there, but stay in place. matched

And then the other thing that we see is we see millennials... matched

Starting to buy homes, but they're buying older homes. matched

On average, they're buying homes that were built 30 years ago, around the time they were born. matched

So a lot of these homes need a lot of work. matched
