Because so many people do get burnt by bad PRs because they don't really know.

Yeah.

Yeah, absolutely.

It is a collaboration.

Like, you know, we do our best work when the client comes to us and says, this is going on with a client or these are the questions I'm being asked.

Does this kind of translate into PR?

Most of the time it does.

Yeah.

So, yeah, it's definitely a two way relationship.

Yeah, for sure.

So let's let's talk about the kind of negative side, because you have had some horrific experiences online, but you continue to show up.

Yeah.

And the thing is, you have to keep showing up because it won't change otherwise.

We all have to show up.

We all have to keep kind of sharing because at some point society will decide, oh, actually, there is something in this.

And I suppose that's almost like an extra layer of protection for you so that it doesn't feel like a personal attack because obviously any kind of negativity does feel personal.

Yeah, of course.

And actually, I've just remembered something.

It was a couple of years ago.
