And I can't remember which newspaper you were in.

But basically, it was you admitting that your husband, Sam, does all the cooking.

And I guess, and I had a conversation recently around almost kind of accepting that that's what the press does.

And I suppose it gets to the point where sometimes you just have to try everything.

good on you you carry on with it what works for you yeah that's it and it's understanding what works and you know sometimes clients will say to me i don't want to be in the sun because of you know what happened um in liverpool and then the political stance and i'm like i understand and if they're really dead against it i won't push it yeah but it's almost like if your mission is big up

than what the sun represents then actually the sun is read by people in your target audience it is still read by hundreds of thousands of people you know same with the daily mail like the daily mail actually is the publication that has a higher female to male ratio of reader yeah it does especially the female side of things which I was in a lot yeah yeah and it's almost you kind of

Yeah, it does.

But again, this is what people want.

Because as you said, like at the start of the podcast, it does take time.

And especially, you know, everyone's so used to sharing their message on socials to an audience that's already following them.

So all of a sudden take yourself out and be like, actually, what's relevant about me to go in the press?

And people don't know.

No.

So I'm always like, just book an hour with me.

I can pull it out.

And then you go off and do what you need to do.
