the the bonus of the impact that I wanted to create and again I think so many people and it's it's easy to understand why we're bombarded with messages constantly on every single social media platform on the tv the radio for everything is money money money success at sex success it sounded like I said sex I promise it's all right that's all good as well
Make sure you get lots of it.
But again, it's that you've kind of, you either don't know what your own path looks like or you don't know what you want because you're following what everybody else has and you think you want it.
that's currently what I want does that make sense oh yeah absolutely like when I set up this business back in 2013 I didn't know what my why was my why was because I didn't want to carry on working for people and putting money in their pocket when I knew I could do it on my own exactly building other people's businesses yeah and then it's over time that I've actually thought well my why I
I've done my wife, I left my corporate job, and I've set up my own business, and I've somehow managed to keep it running for the last 13 years.
And then it was almost, okay, what am I really passionate about?
And for me, it's giving women access to the opportunities and the platform that are going to allow them to show up and share their voice to make the impact, to make the income, to have the freedom.
That wasn't my why when I was 30.
Exactly.
It's been my why in the last couple of years.
And predominantly because I work with a lot of women and I see similar patterns.
And it's like, I've got access to key decision makers, to really influential people, to podcasts and press and people who are putting on events and need speakers.
That's my unfair advantage.
That's what I've cultivated over the last 20 odd years in my career is
If I access that, well, why don't I work with these people, predominantly women to help them access it?
I'm basically the introducer.
But I'm the connector.
But of course, but it shows and actually it kind of does actually tie into PR because I speak to so many people.
entrepreneurs who are doing incredible things you know they're working with clients they are making money they're financially stable they love what they do and they know they want to create impact but then they stop themselves from embracing pr because all of a sudden what they're seeing on the telly is divisive what they're reading in the news is divisive what they're hearing on social media is there's no room for discussion anymore it's either you're right or you're wrong
And I think this coming back to human connection, to community, to having conversations and depth is what we all want.
