And actually, I had a similar experience towards the end of last year because I
You know, once I'd made that decision of a previous version of me is no longer aligned and I don't know what the next version of me looks like yet.
Then almost the transition I then had to have with my team to help them understand I've had a glow up.
My message has had a glow up, but I couldn't articulate it to let them know what it was to give them the autonomy to go ahead and do what they needed to do.
and they'd go ahead and do what they needed to do and it'd come back and I'd be like, no, it's not right.
But I wasn't annoyed with them because I hadn't, I was still in that kind of ugly caterpillar stage where I was kind of coming out of the cocoon, but the beautiful nurse hadn't yet arrived.
And it was almost like, hey, so I've got to bring the team with me, but I don't have a clear path of actually how this is going to look.
It's just that case of they're there to support me in the sense that I don't have the headspace to do my own social content.
But equally, I can't expect them to know what I'm thinking and what I'm saying because that's still formulating for me.
Yeah, absolutely.

Oh, Jodie, I have absolutely loved this conversation.
If our listeners, our listeners, they're my listeners, want to keep in touch with you, follow you on social, what's the best place for them to find you?
Face it, you've seen me sitting in a room crying.
You've seen me ranting while having a cigarette.
You've seen most kind of elements of law.
A fantastic way to end this episode.
Jodie, thank you so much.
You've been incredible.
And listeners, as always, if you want to get involved in the conversation, follow me over on Instagram at PR with Perks.
