what the fuck are you doing?
She's like, you're amazing at what you do and you stand out and you're different, but you're hiding.
And almost just having somebody truly see me for who I am and really understand my business model and how I work and the type of experiences that I want to create for clients.
And she was almost like, oh my God, you help people become niche famous.
And I was just like, oh, oh, because I have had conversations over the last,
12 years with people who say to me specifically, I don't want to become famous because they're linking fame with having paparazzi at their door at 3 a.m.
and being perhaps snogging somebody they shouldn't be snogging behind a club in London.
And the more I thought about it, I was like, but they do want to become known in their niche.
And what's a way of saying that niche famous?

I almost like described it as when you buy a new pair of shoes and they look absolutely stunning and you feel a million dollars in them, but they hurt like hell.
But you persevere.
And every time you wear those new heels, they get softer and softer and they start to mold around your foot.
And then they're the comfiest heels that you will ever wear and you won't want to get rid of them when they're gone.
And it's almost when you allow yourself to step into your identity and really embrace it and embody it.
That's how it feels.
It's uncomfortable at first.
But that's what makes you an iconic leader.
That's what helps you stand out in a sea of sameness because none of us are really doing anything new or different.
