We know that our mental health care system is not adequate to accommodate all the people who have need.

It's very expensive.
So all these people are using this resource
somewhat effectively.
And I think if we betray privacy, if we institute protocols where suicidality beyond having a suicide plan triggers a involuntary commitment or something like that, I don't know.
People smarter than me have to figure out what the best plan is moving forward to keep people safe.
