Leah, a number of questions come up, which I do also want to comment that um
I I use something called Tiller to track my expenses and I recommend it to my clients.
It's um sort of crowd-sourced uh spreadsheets that one can link one's accounts to.
And I get a daily email from Tiller going, you know, naming the transactions that have taken place and my balances.
And it is
really exactly as you said, sort of
my work to not approach that email, right?
Like, okay, I'm going to open the email.
And
with a sense of gratitude and not a sense of fear or scarcity like, oh no, what you know, what's gonna what hit my credit card and what's the balance now?
But
How grateful am I to have the resources that I can pay for this and that.
No, as I I said to someone yesterday, money is meant to be a flow.
It's not meant to just sit and gather dust um in our our bank accounts and and be looked at.
