So what I mean by that is

Um if

If you're noticing, you know, picking pulling in your child and so you wanna send them to therapy.

Um, but they don't want to go to therapy.

Therapy most likely is not going to help because they're not ready.

Right.

It might be more helpful for you as a parent or caregiver.

to go to therapy and get help and support as a parent and caregiver so you can kind of help the child when they are ready and be prepared.

But if they're not ready, um

There's not much you can do.

You can kind of like plant the seed.

Um, you know, you can make sure that they make sure that they know that you are there for when they are ready.

You can make sure that there's information available to them when they are ready and that it's accurate information.

There's so much misinformation out there.

Um so it will be helpful if you help them to see
