Um, this question of feeling frustrated because they keep saying they want to stop but nothing changes.

I think it's hard to recognize when change is happening.

So one um strategy actually that can help with that is

is using uh uh charting but using kind of like a reward system charting but you're not charting

the picking, pulling, biting, you're charting what strategies you're using.

So it's really helpful to s to visually see and it's kind of fun to work together um to kind of check off or put stars every time you use a strategy.

So then when a person feels like nothing is changing.

And you're feeling frustrated because you don't see results when you have a chart and you actually see.

And and both of you can see, oh, look at all of these things you're you're actually doing, you're working on like this feels good.

Um, and that is very rewarding.
