I don't think we can really overstate that.
So 1982, the British occupied territory of the Falklands, which is like a series of little islands off the coast of South America.
You know, the things you've been doing with asking people to point out countries on a map.
I don't think people would really be able to do it.
But this collection of islands is, you know, Argentina think it should be theirs.
And we've, Britain has occupied it since 1774.
And they call it Malvinas.
We call it Falklands.
And so that was 1982.
There was a 74 day war.
900 people died.
And then you come to 1986 and Diego Maradona and stirring it right back up.
And making the political backdrop the epicenter of this football game.
It was like it was all the language ahead of it was all around that.
You'd had 1966 as well, and Alf Ramsey calling Argentina animals.
I know Tuchel yesterday was desperate to say, this isn't about politics, this is about football.
But it's just, it's not, you know, oh, it's the media stirring it up.
Like, this is coming from a lot of, this is coming from Argentina players and fans.
I remember being in Qatar on a bus to a game and the song they sing about jump if you're not an Englishman, you know, I mean, that was absolutely delightful being surrounded by however many jumping Argentinians.
But it does, it means so much to them that, you know, this occupied territory.
