You know, the city pays to have the trash cleaned up.
It pays to, like, fix infrastructure.
It pays to fix local problems, replace street lamps.
They're paving the roads.
So the people that are cats are unhomeable.
Like some cats that have been raised feral and they're like seven years old, some you could convert into your lovely home kitty, but some like will not take to captivity.
Oh, they're going to do raids and gang wars.
And we've said nothing for trapping feral animals, vaccinating them, so that when your outdoor kitty that lives inside most of the time but roams every now and again comes into contact with a feral cat...
it then doesn't get like all sorts of awful diseases.
Okay.
So you're pro TNR programs.
Yeah.
I just think for most cities, it's not a huge stretch.
Like you're already paying to pave the roads, all kinds of stuff.
And this actually keeps animals safer and the streets safer and safer for people's pets, you know?
Someone explained why, like, you don't really have to train cats to use their litter box.
You just throw them in there when they're young and they kind of get it.
And someone explained it to me like it's not that they're like trained to use the litter box because they love you.
They're trained to use it because for them, sand is the best place to go to the bathroom.
And that's the only place in the house with sand.
