I wouldn't say on purpose, but I definitely didn't want to go long in the green.

And so I was trying to like hit it into the like fringe and hope that it would just like get up.

But there was a lot more sand than I thought.

And yeah, I just hit.

But I was again, I was really going for the like, this is not going long of this pin.

I literally hit it to like the front part of the green today.

Cause I was like, I'm just not comfortable missing anywhere on this thing.

And so I had like a 60 footer and I was like, I'm just going to try to put this for par.

Like I hit a lot of putts from like the front part to the back in the practice round.

I literally had 97 yards, which normally is like a fine number for my –

54 degree.

And I was like, I'm just going to hit a really hard 58.

And if it gets back there close enough, cool.

But if not, I'm going to have a putt at least.

just being okay with making a lot of pars, I think has been like a big thing.

And I mean, yesterday even I made like, I had a, I missed a bunch of fairways kind of to start the round yesterday, but I was making a lot, I got a lot of good lies in the rough and I was able to kind of get it either on the green or,

in some spots that I knew I could get up and down and I had a lot of like stress-free pars.

And I just kind of kept telling myself like pars are good.

Pars are good.

Like pars are never bad this week.
