Angela, your organization helps people figure out how to pay for credentials.

Some people are familiar with the process of applying for financial aid for, let's say, a bachelor's degree.

But now with so many credentials out there, there are probably more options for paying and also limits on what kinds of financing you can use for different types of credentials.

So can you give us a little bit of a sense of how people pay for credentials?

So one piece of this that I've always been a little bit confused about is Pell Grants.

Can you just briefly talk a little bit about what Pell Grants apply to?

I think, aren't they like the largest sort of federal financing option for post-secondary education?

You know, if you're searching, you wanna make a career change, or you know you need some additional training, let's say your employer is not providing it for you, it just seemed to me to be in that position is very overwhelming right now.

So I would love to get both of your thoughts on sort of how you start this process.

Let's say you know you wanna make more money, transition careers, get onto a better path.

Let's say you don't quite know exactly what it is you wanna do or what you wanna study.

Where do you start with that process?

So you just touched on what I think kind of is the heart of this, which is how you figure out what's available and which is the right program for you.

I'm kind of haunted by this story of a man that I wrote about a few years ago who was a FedEx driver, kind of observed the explosion of e-commerce.

And he was like, I want to get into digital marketing.
