I mean, I have a bone to pick for a lot of subscription-based models where you get locked into something and you can't leave or else there's a punishment for leaving or pausing. I have been a member of ClassPass for a long time and I think this has changed, but I don't know because I'm no longer a... customer because I couldn't pause.
