So when you know what it is, usually once you understand what it is and it happens, you're aware.
You can turn it into a lucid dream.
And you can... That would be way better than the... Yes, you can will yourself to float out of your body or just have fun with it.
The best way to avoid it is to always have the same sleep routine.
Make sure you get enough good solid sleep.
When you know what it is, odds are good you're going to understand what's happening as it's happening.
And so you will know, okay, I know what this is, and I know it's not going to last long, and I'll be out of it in seconds.
And go ahead and try to turn it into a lucid dream.
Say, okay, I'm going to float out of bed.
That's the easiest thing to do because you're already lying down.
If that sleep demon or whatever is in your sleep paralysis episode, ask a question.
Pretend it's a lucid dream because it kind of sort of is.
Like when you're in the sleep paralysis.
