And my career was actually this past year, I played at like 230, 230, 231.
But throughout my career, I was usually around no higher than 228, but I set my best between 225, 222, to be honest.

Definitely for me because, you know, all season I work on my speed.
I work on, like, my first step quickness to get off the ball and stuff like that.
You know, go sideline to sideline because that was my game.
You know, it's a lateral game, running sideline to sideline and using my instincts with my speed and stuff like that.
And then, you know, as we get a little heavier, that kind of, like,
you know, weigh on you a little bit.
I definitely felt the difference big time as I got older.
So that's why I just try to stay, you know, in that weight range as far as like 225 so I'll be able to still move around how I want to move around.

They use a team vote.
I know since I've been in Tampa,
uh, once the final roster is set and you come back and you have that first team meeting, uh, sometimes, um, team, uh, coaches, you know, handing out pieces of paper and it's just basically like tell you, you know, who you want to vote.
You can get two defensive captains, two offensive captains, and a special team captain.
And, um,
You know, glory to God, man, I was voted, you know, by the team, by the player and stuff like that.
I don't think I've been a part of a team that coaches coach.
