We believe that there may be other envelopes. Don't shake it. Don't taste it. Don't sniff it. Call law enforcement.
So very odd that, number one, it's unspent, hasn't been fired through a gun, and also that the girls were not shot.
You wouldn't catch me crossing that bridge for anything.
Some people on social media actually thought you could be the killer.
What's the plan for the girls that day, with this day off?
Any idea what Libby was sending to him? Was she sending him nude photos?
Did you think this person might have had something to do with their deaths?
It's determined, though, that he was not in Las Vegas. He's in Peru, Indiana, which is not far from here.
Are you thinking that this guy could be the killer, given the fact that he was talking to Libby over Snapchat?
So you're just waiting for that call? Maybe they'll arrest him, you know, for the murders?
A new name. This is potentially huge.
So something fell through the cracks where this tip did not... Whoever wrote cleared on it, everybody ignored it. This man has placed himself by the bridge at the time the girls were there.
What did you think when you saw that?
Oh my gosh, are you just dying when you hear this? Like, is this what we've been waiting for? Yes.
You waited five days to announce the arrest? Yes. Why not rush out and tell the public that we got the man we believe?
The judge was so angry, she took you off the case.
What was your reaction to that?
Would you be open to saying sorry to them for what happened?
Did you feel it was an uphill battle going to trial?
And then the judge says you can't bring them up in trial as alternate suspects. That's a blow to your defense.
Was there anything you learned about Richard Allen's past that would explain why he could be capable of something like this?
We have to finish it together. This is everything. And all eyes are on you when you walk in the courthouse.
Is that reinforcing the thought that maybe this is connected to the bridge?
Even though not a lot of time has passed, you have a lot of people looking for these two girls.
One of the things the prosecution pounced on was they say that Richard Allen changed his story as far as the time that he was out there.
So many different opinions about how old this person was, how tall they were, how heavy.
You didn't trust the science behind this so-called match? It's not a science.
Down the hill. The voice of the killer.
This man has placed himself by the bridge at the time the girls were there.
Was there any hesitation to take her into your home? That's a lot, right, to bring a child in.
No evidence.
Is there a chance the kayaker is still alive? No, it's definitely a drowning.
We got to go a different direction. We do not know where he is. We know that he's not in our lake.
Ryan, if you are viewing this, I plead that you contact us or contact your family.
On December 10th, Ryan arrived on U.S. soil. I said, could be a really good Christmas.
We don't have the appropriate data, the jurisdiction, and the resources to address when Indigenous people go missing. And so this bill helps not address it completely, but starts taking away at the main issue.
We feel like the person is right here in the community and we're asking for the community that if you know of anybody that just has changed their routine since Wednesday, that's just acting differently. Maybe didn't show up for work or maybe cleaned out a vehicle or tried to sell an ATV. That's the type of information today that may help us solve this case.
We're not going to have tunnel vision to anything or anybody.
