Really?
Anytime we hear about any level of fine.
Organizational or individual players were like, yeah, that's a lot of money.
I wonder where that goes.
It's not crippling to a basketball operation.
So that's really where you're talking about.
It's like, what penalty is the NBA going to come up with that is going to be satisfactory to everybody involved, including the team that they're trying to punish, including sending whatever message they're trying to send to the rest of the league.
And then there's the
Player Association who have made it pretty clear they do not expect Kawhi Leonard's contract to even be booted, which is the primary concern for the Raptors, aside from a suspension for Kawhi.
It's like they're gonna fight that tooth and nail.
So
It that's the thing, it's like I don't know what the NBA is going to wanna do.
You would think they would have to be significant because you're talking about something that has embarrassed the league for close to a year now.
