But the draft compensation, which has been agreed to, which I understand will still be, you know, I think they're still going to honor that agreement.
But I think that's the tricky part of this.
So, you know, the Clippers are going to be worse in the short term, but those draft picks are critical.
And on the flip side for the Raptors, they're getting their guy back.
A guy that it's been, woe is me coming out of Toronto about what could have been for seven years.
And to have that guy come back when literally everybody else from 2019 is gone, including the head coach and the GM, that's a heck of a thing to have happen.
I think the players that we're talking about, that's still going to go through.
The compensation, which is why the Clippers are,
would have felt great about this trade.
I think that's going to be interesting to see if anything changes there.
It feels like if it's not Cleveland or Golden State, then I'll just be really surprised.
But it also feels like LeBron's waiting for a big domino to fall.
And the domino I'm looking at is in Cleveland with James Harden.
James is not under contract.
And there's only one ball in Cleveland.
And Donovan Mitchell just got a huge bag.
One that he could have waited on, but he got now.
So...
The story fits, and I think the story is a big part of the LeBron James experience, especially at a time when he's year to year at this point.
