Um, and so we but I don't think I was always that way.
Um I don't think I realized, I think you helped me understand recovery and the need to fill myself, not just recovery of my body, but also my spirit and my my joy, like the need to also give myself space to enjoy life.
Um, and also for create creation.
I know you know this too.
Like as a creator, you have to go live life in order to have something to to draw from.
Yeah.
So um yeah, I think that that's what I I've learned that my my art and my my my spirit needs, I have to, I have to put myself first in order to be able to perform.
to do after that.
No, yeah, no, I I I know my worth.
I know my worth.
I know also what how like when something somebody comes to me with a project, I know what it takes out of me and how much time and effort and and that I have to give to that thing.
And so I've I'll only say yes when I know I have the capacity in order to do so.
And
I've turned down things that people would go, why are you turning that down?
I'm like, because I don't have the capacity for it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I just don't.
And I and I know that I've been around long enough to know that like another cool thing will come.
