And so I have literally –

You know, and the craziest thing is that it is so hard to put a plate of food down in front of myself and literally sit and breathe for three breaths.

Oh, that's so good.

It is so hard to have food in front of me and not just want to shove it in my mouth.

It is crazy the automatic response of like, I got to scarf this down.

So I've been stopping and breathing for three breaths and saying thank you for this food.

And then like slowly...

taking my time to eat.

Now, does that happen all the time?

No.

Cause I'll catch, I'll literally catch myself halfway through the meal going, Oh my God, I did it.

Like I literally just went right in.

And so it's, it's, it just shows you like what you're saying, like how fast we move in.

Don't even think twice about it until for me, something as disrupting as, you know, my stomach being so upset that it ruins my day.

That finally I'm like, oh, I have to slow down when I eat.

And so I just even in that part of my life has been so challenging.

I can only imagine.

And which is probably something I need to try and incorporate is like moving a little slower through things.
