But I'm like, but when I equate it to that, I'm like, but I really loved me and I really enjoyed doing that.

So I think it's so much harder for me though sometimes to take that over into like my personal life as it is for most people.

Um, right.

And I, but it is, it is a process.

And I, I do think, I think that's where that self-love piece comes in of like, but I have to love, I have to love those versions, you know, first.

Thank God you're a few years ahead of me so that I have a wise woman to guide me because I am in need.

I think we all are.

So I'm so grateful for you.

When I think of crone, I think of like a much older, like I think of my godmother who just passed away.

She was 96.

And to me, I mean, when I think of crone years, like I really think of like that really back half of our life.

And that's like, to me, there's, I can't, that will be, I can't wait to that age because I do feel like there's this like school, like quiet power there, you know.
