Um there's a lot in there.
There are a lot of different layers.
Um and then and my my buddy uh Justin Wu, who I'd mentioned earlier.
Uh Justin and I um went to DC in October and recorded an amazing video that uh just has I think very powerful imagery um to help tell that story as well.
Yeah, so um uh within the the the book that I co-authored, Empowering Students with Hidden Disabilities, we develop within there a framework for identity development.
You know, I think one of the big challenges that a lot of our young people
have is that we're we're wrestling with a lot of stigma, you know, a lot of a lot of shame.
And so we identified some key stages that we think are are necessary to help someone move away from that shame to a point where they can have pride.
So it's a six-part series and each one of the the videos sort of provides supports and also gives assignments to help build up that pride, that positive
Self-image, as well as giving a strong foundation so that that young person can transition successfully into the adult world.
So I'm still working on it.
