And we have 40,000 plus parents in our community.

And it's a really common thing with the best of intentions to take as much healthy struggle away from the kids as possible.

And they're not even close to being ready to be an adult by 18.

And so we're creating environments where

we're setting up these healthy struggles.

How do you want to show up as an adult someday?

Character traits, capabilities, beliefs.

What are healthy struggles we can design today and for sure not take away from you to get you ready to do that?

And when they're struggling emotionally, physically, whatever it is, okay, well, let's leverage that to learn and grow to make you this amazing self-reliant adult, which all kids want to be.

And I work with so many high school kids

around this stuff.

So this is really fascinating to me how hard is somehow bad if you're struggling, you're not happy 100% of the time, something must be wrong.

Give some guru a bunch of your money and he'll make you happy all the time.

It's like, nope, we're completely missing it.

How do you want to create value in the world?

Kids, adults, all of it, what are you doing to move in that direction and how are you growing?

Well, if I can add to the framing, it is that simple, but simple in this context is really, really hard.

You have to look into it, and as you wanna take bigger steps, it's gonna continually be hard, but it's super rewarding, wildly fulfilling.

And then if you take the, it's not that simple and you add the complexity and all those other things, it gives you an excuse, a reason to be lazy, not lean in, not do it, take struggle away, take, take, um, healthy development away.
