I've got to say, visions of you going into the burgundy Volvo is everything that I need on this day.

Burgundy really does make me think of Volvo.
There's not many colours of a car that make me instantly think, but burgundy just makes me instantly go to Volvo.
And Volvo have built a reputation over the decades of being the safety first conscious car.
You know, it's really, you know, at the forefront of safety.
So when something like this happens to a brand like Volvo, they have a chance to rectify the mistake.
But this has been going on and rumbling on for upwards of six months, where people were written to at the end of last year, warning not to charge their cars above 70% battery.
And don't leave cars unattended while charging because of virus.
And this is a global recall of 40,000 cars and one quarter of those of UK owners of the EX30 SUV.
And what's happening is the range that was promised on these 280-miler cars...
Really, people aren't being able to go over 150 miles before having to charge up.
Now, we have been absolutely swamped.
Rob Powell, our maturing editor, has been swamped with readers who are absolutely livid about this because the parts that are required to sort this out have to come from China.
And it's taken a long time to get them.
And actually, by the end of April, it admitted that fewer than 10 battery packs are being replaced.
