Um, because if your employees can't carry your water.

What no one else can.

But that's what we really do.

We like, what does the company, who do who are they?

What are they doing in the world?

We choose to only work with good companies or we're doing something good in the world.

So that is business limiting, life enhancing.

And then how

can they what do they have to do to connect with the people who are critical to their success, either as an employee, as an investor, as a partner, as a customer, as a consumer.

So let's talk about crisis for a second.

So when I started my firm, I didn't want to do crisis.

Because crisis doesn't happen at, you know, Monday at ten.

Crisis happens around Friday, around five thirty.

And you're like closing it up and the phone rings, you're like, Oh, don't pick it up because you know it's gonna be bad.

Um, but now with um once uh social media happened, you have to be able to r to do it too.

So I had done a lot of it before this firm and I was like, Well, if I have my own company, I don't have to do anything I don't want.

Well

Social media changed that.

So I think about crisis is there are different kinds of crises.

One is uh a natural disaster.
