And I would say just don't assume, and again, Brandon Stevens is a good player, but don't assume that he's just locked down CB1.
I could see a real scenario where
either being A.Z.
Thomas or D'Angelo Pons or if Nashawn Wright stepped up to the platter, that one of those guys, like four guys for two spots, could be a realistic thing.

So I think, first of all, the variation of different packages Aaron Glenn's going to have.
Because there's going to be a scenario where Mika Fitzpatrick is probably playing in the slot.
Or in dime line back in, you know, where there's an extra DB.
We can see Pons and...
Mika playing inside and maybe two other guys back deep.
There could be a scenario where we see Jarvis Brownlee and Pons playing both in the slot on opposite sides in diamond defense where Mika Fitzpatrick's playing deep.
So I just think the variation of the different packages that AG is going to employ.
And that's why I brought up Jarvis Brownlee earlier because I think that's going to be a really good competition.
Him trying to hold off the youngster in D'Angelo Pons to start at the slot corner position in day one.
And with that being said,
Megan Fitzpatrick also being a chess piece that you mentioned, he's going to get some of those reps as well because you want to be multiple on defense, but you also don't want to make it easy for offenses.
You want to be able to move players around and cross-train them.
That way, no offense knows exactly where a player is going to be.
So I can't wait to see how that battle plays out.
Again, this is probably the most depth the Jets have had at corner in a very long time.
