I couldn't have changed.

I couldn't have had this metamorphosis.

It was an amazing experience.

It was a painful experience, but it was worth all the pain in the world.

Giving other people space that I never used to give.

Of the things that I notice is two things.

Appreciation.

I know that they appreciate.

And love.

I had a trainer.

I would go to the gym just recently.

She was having a lot of issues.

She was very distant.

And okay, this and okay, that.

And she was not here.

And when I would just listen to her and respond...

only to to things that i thought that could really help advance our dialogue we had a loving moment i realized that she became human she was she was there so by listening and listening and listening you're allowing a person to really be who they are and being accepted and being confirmed that brings closeness

And I see this now in my conversation with people.

So I developed a sentence that when people ask me how I am, I immediately turn the attention to them.
