And that touched me very, very much.

That's a very, very deep question because there's a lot of things and I never asked myself that question.

So I'm going to have to take a few minutes to go with you and take you on the journey until I get to the point where I can take you to that point where I realized that

It became an awareness.

I was not aware.

I was always just doing things.

I am a narcissist.

And to this day, I'm a narcissist.

And I would compare perhaps the narcissism that I used to be to the narcissist that I am today.

The narcissist that I used to be was toxic.

And I avoided feelings.

If anybody felt anything deep or...

any kind of pain or fear or anything like that.

I couldn't stay in the same room with them.

I couldn't be there for them.

I couldn't support them because their fear and their anger and

or whatever they were going through, I feared I was going to get swallowed up and that would happen to me.

I would become depressed or anger or something.

And it frightened me.

Anger especially frightened me.
