Does that change the way you approach it?

So if the phone's really damaged, they can't really go ahead and replace it because now they're stuck with that that bill.
If they owe seven hundred dollars on that on that phone, they have to pay it off in order to get a new phone.

So a lot of people are getting stuck with their older phones, even though it might not be worth fixing just because, you know, they're they have that payment.
