You know, those breaks always give you great time to to reflect on things and and and actually you know work on some on some s some things.
And um yeah, it's it's it's nice to be back here.
It's nice to be around the guys again and obviously there's there's some some from some fresh vibes around here and uh you know new co coaching staff stuff.
Um excited.
Well, I'm sure that's always the fact a factor.
Um you played a lot of hockey over the last little couple of years and um you can see it, you know, with the Panthers a little bit too, you know, injuries injuries start to creep in and um so certainly it was a factor.
Injuries didn't help us late in the season, but um maybe maybe this summer came at the right time for us.
Well, I think it's just time, right?
Like
like you're able to really work on on your cardio, you know, when you're when you're working out for when you have six weeks, seven weeks to to get your cardio back up and running
There's just not enough time really.
Um so when you have four months, you know, you you can ramp it up and you can properly um you know, plan out your summer and map out your summer and not kinda just go on the fly as it comes.
So um again, short summers are a great sign.
We want more of short summers, but um, you know, this one might might have came at the right time.

It's been great so far.
He's he's been awesome with us.
Uh he's been communicating really well.
Um and yeah, I'm I'm excited to to learn from him.
I think we're all extremely excited to be around him and and and get to work.
