It's a difficult life as as you know Pete and I know Pete.

And um, you know, it's uh you've got to really want to do that.

And and these people generally, in my experience, even the ones that I meet that are in these programs, if I take them aside and have a chat to them and talk about what why they're doing it, they're doing it because they care about the problem and they want to help solve the problem.

They don't necessarily

want to give up their day job.

Uh and nor should they.

Now when you go to the buy side

There is no way your local health district or an NHS trust or whatever it might be can purchase a one-off app for a particular condition.

And that's because they just don't have the resources to have all of these different products built on different infrastructures to go through procurement processes, to go through um technical due diligence processes.

to find the right products and get them out there.

And there is no buyer for your

you know, one particular problem for one particular niche.

And yet

We know that these systems, when you look at their identified needs at the at the high level, they're often things that can be very well addressed or partially addressed by these products.

And we've known these products work for about 15 years now.

If you go back 15 years ago to um health conferences, everyone was talking about there's gonna be all these digital therapeutics and we're gonna put them out to patients and it's gonna help keep them well and it's going to reduce load on the system.

system and it's gonna help us with this problem with rising costs and not enough healthcare professionals and it hasn't happened.

The only products we've seen rolled out are the real blockbusters like general mental health products like Silver Cloud, who got a lot of prominence during COVID.
