We want the people who actually work in the system and and uh live have lived experience to be our early shareholders.

So we're running a

what they call in the UK an an ECF, an equity crowdfund.

So um unfortunately not open to Australians who need to be a UK or EU uh resident for tax purposes, but we're we're we're we're opening around where where ordinary people can come in and invest in that.

And in parallel to that, we've formed

a group uh called the the digital health publishing at minds.

And this is kind of an informal group where we're trying to bring stakeholders together because one of the issues that I see cons consistently

with the innovation programs.

And Pete, you'll have seen this with the with the judging of the priority population health challenges and the and Ripple Women's Health Challenge that we've done together.

Is that

What happens when you're selecting people for innovation programs is you have innovators come to you.

They know their area, they know their idea, they pitched you this great thing they want to do, why it's going to work, et cetera.

But it's kind of in a vacuum and it's not connected to what the health systems and other payers

want and are necessarily going to pay for.

So um yeah, this is why with the with the Ripple competitions we started we've taken this approach of focusing on portfolios, saving women's and the next one that we'll launch soon is around uh children and young people, where we can help create a portfolio of products that match a particular need that's identified and take them in.

Um but to that I still think

There is not enough conversation happening between payers, community, and innovators.

So the uh this alliance that we've put together is kind of an informal way to bring those stakeholders together to have transparent conversations.
