I mean, I have very mixed feelings on it all.

It's eight years on, as we know, from Vicky's case and 90% of our smears are still going to these same places, you know.

I just feel like there's so much more could be done.

Like, I mean...

Women are still dying.

I am not alone in this.

I'm not a lone wolf, you know what I mean?

From women we know of, there's four more this year alone that have passed from these failures and it's pure negligence.

I mean, there's human error in, you know, the medical field all the time and we allow for that and it's unfortunate and it is a horrible twist of fate and it does happen.

But when it's pure negligence, it's a really hard pill to swallow, you know, when you know you've done everything

You can like my smears in 2016 and 2020 had obvious abnormalities on it.

It wasn't kind of like, oh, this is just, you know, a human error.

And I just feel like we really need to be bringing this.

I would love to see a bra home more and the cervical screen and what we have in the coom at the minute.

I mean that facility is really it's fully equipped and it's you know it's we just need more staff and we need like more training for it all and we need to be doing way more than what we're doing there and have more control over it all really like

It's something that I like have,

grown like a big passion for it now um i just think it's really important obviously i have two little girls you know growing up into all this and i just want to leave this world feeling like i done one little thing to improve it maybe you know um i'm hoping in the coming weeks to go to the lab in the coom to do a tour of that and learn more about what is going on there and

What exactly is happening there and how is it progressing and stuff?

And so I'm looking forward to that.
