I think it was January 2023.

I went for an ultrasound.

And again, that ultrasound came back fine.

And then I was due my smear in 2023.

I went in the March in 2023 for that.

And that's when I was diagnosed.

Then I was called into the doctors and told I had to go for colposcopy.

And the day I went in for that colposcopy, I just said to the girls in there, like, you know, you're not going to give me good news today.

And

They said, why?

And I said, I have every symptom.

And they straight away, they said, well, when was your last smear?

And I said, 2020.

I mean, bear in mind, up until that point, I didn't for a second think cancer because I trusted my history.

And I thought, well, I've been very up to date with my smears.

I've, you know, had two pregnancies and everything was fine.

And I was really good looking after my health.

I was a very healthy, active person.

I'd, you know, eat really well.

And I was kind of saying, yeah, 2020 was my last smear.
