Like, I was so shocked.
I was like, not expecting it.
And they were like, you still have some swollen lymph nodes.
Like it had been travelling up to my shoulder through the lymph nodes.
They were like, that's recessing.
There's still some swollen lymph nodes, but the tumour is dissolved.
And I was like, oh, my God, like shocked.
So I was like, this is amazing.
So they're like, we're going to keep you on the immunotherapy.
So I was like, great.
So I ended up booking a holiday, went to Tenerife in like the September with my friend and her husband and their kids.
And then when I was on that holiday, I kept saying to Sarah, like, I can feel a lump again.
And she was like,
laugh like we were kind of just she was like I have loads of lumps and bumps that you know we were kind of making a joke of it and I was like I knew I knew myself so I kept feeling the area you know I'd be laying at the pool and I'd feel the air and I'm like no there's something there again and this was such a short space of time as well from when I was taught like we were so happy and grateful and I was like the immunotherapy and I was going to keep working and
So I went back in in October when I came home and
I had a CT scan at the start of October and when I walked into the appointment I was like I know it's back and they were like yeah you're right and I was like oh my god I knew at the stage I was running out of options like so I was like I don't want to come off the immunotherapy but they were like it's not working for you like you know it's a very hard pill to swallow then because you're like I knew how good it was and I knew this was probably my best chance you know
I was like, oh my God, how did this not work for me?
Is this something he done?
Did I do something?
Did I eat something I shouldn't have had?
