I probably each month am studying somebody.
Right now I happen to be Jeff Bezos with Amazon.
We use all kinds of online tools and I love a lot of them, but honestly, the Google app suite or, you know, Google apps for business has, has been hard to beat.
So my email, my calendar, the Google docs functionality all tied together is just something I'm in constantly and really have to figure out how to optimize.
Actually five boys now.
It was three when I started the company.
So I'm kind of crazy.
Absolutely not.
I couldn't be running a business and doing that.
I wish I had told myself to work smart and hard.
I don't want to give up working hard.
I worked really, really hard for a long, long time, but I gave up a lot of other pieces of my life in doing that.
And I think you have to give up some degree of that, but also being smart and understanding, work on the high value, a little bit more of the 80-20 principle, I guess, if you would, where you're going to have to really grind it, I think, to be successful.
