just being bad and streaky and teams that maybe shouldn't be good going on this great winning streak.

Nobody's ever blown a 15 and a half game lead with the Tigers being the best team in the sport for so many days of the year, becoming one of the worst teams in the sport in the second half.
They still eked into the playoffs.
The Guardians, who were just dead in the water, all of a sudden becoming unbeatable.
Like it was just situation after situation of teams finding a
Spark and going for it.
And yes, the the bigger playoff format makes those streaks matter a little bit more.
So
I don't know, maybe those streaks were happening.
Maybe you know, top of my head, maybe in nineteen ninety-two the you know, Tigers were going on a ten game winning streak in September, but nobody cared.
