Uh, we saw Luke Hughes go down with an injury.
Sheldon Keefe told us today that it will take a bit to know the extent of Hughes' injury.
He's not going to play for the remainder of the road trip, which extends to January 25th in Seattle, uh, and that's at least that long.
Frank Saravale suggested that it may have been a dislocated shoulder.
When Hughes was injured in the second period against Calgary and did not return.
However, we haven't heard any official news, so take that as the rumor that it is.
In the meantime, Dougie Hamilton got the Lions' share of the approximately one minute of power play time they had in that game, with Nemetz getting power play two time.

Edmonton drops the puck, so I can't say for sure what it's going to look like today.

Um, I'm always a little skeptical that the in-game adjustment is gonna be the same as what you see the next game.
Sometimes that's just making a quick change while you have the opportunity.
Um, so again, I think it'll be worthwhile to see how things uh you know actually looked like they were going.
Um, this could be a good opportunity, I think, for
Hamilton to um
you know, have an opportunity with better deployment, uh, to maybe put the shine on him a bit to facilitate a trade.
And um Nemetz could be a good option if and when uh Hamilton gets sent away, or alternatively if he gets that power play QB position.
Uh in the meantime, Johnny Kovacevic was called up.
Uh, I don't think anyone but Nemetz probably is available and of any interest, and I think that's going to be deeper leagues for now unless we see Nemetz take the power play one spot.
