I need to get on.

I'm pretty sure, yeah.

So I need to see what my body fat percentage is.

And it measures your metabolic, what is it?

Metabolic age or something.

Yeah, like, if you're like, you know, I'm 36, so it'll say, mine probably 48.

The age of what?

Your metabolism?

Metabolism, yes.

It lets you know how old it is.

I need to do that in my gym and see.

I like it because it keeps you on track and that's how you know if you're making progress.

Because I think typically a lot of people track their progress by getting on the scale, but that's a horrible way to track your progress, especially if you're somebody who you're trying to gain muscle and you're eating right.

The scale might not be moving as quickly as you would like, but your body is probably still changing.
