So I want to say for women and don't quote me, but it's like women, we have, we naturally have more body fat than men.

So for a woman, I think a good rate is like 20% or like 30% or something like that.

Mine, when I first started was like 38%.

or something like that.

So, like, I want to get it down to, like, 20.

But, like, in a week, if you go down, is it, like, half a percent?

But it don't go down every week.

I just be wanting to make sure it ain't going up.
