In fact, that's not natural to me to have breakfast at, I don't know, 7 to 9 and lunch at noon and then dinner.

That's not natural.

My natural breakfast time is somewhere between midnight and 3 a.m.

Wow.

And then I have a second breakfast at like 7, which is really lunch.

And then my natural dinner is noon.

And then the whole afternoon, evening, I actually naturally don't want to eat that time.

Yeah, that's what my body wants, if completely left to it.

So there are rules and guidelines that we are imposed upon us that actually might not be your rhythm.

And you find those things out.

Wow.

But every day at sea, I feel, is so different.

Like, I feel I have the best front row seat in the world's greatest cinema.

You know, the sun rises, the sun sets, the wildlife, all of that.

And I think that if I don't write about it, it's lost.

So I try and write every single day to take everyone with me.

Because I'm going to go where, I don't know, 95% of the world will never go.

So I audio blog.

So I write blogs, but I read them.
