It's full of Epsom salts.

And it's a closed space.

Waterboarding, float tag.

So you lie in these salts and you're basically alone with your mind.

And the minute you lie down, your body disappears.

Like you're not, you are a mind in a box.

And so you've got to get used to that, the dark, the confinement.

Yeah, and then it's amazing the journeys your mind goes on in that hour and a half.

Sometimes it just drops down into breathing, and that breathing becomes a really calm thing.

So that's been really good for mental training.

There are moments that are relaxing.

Yeah, it's tense.

Well, you have to be able to enjoy it.

I go out, you know, I'm gone days, months, whatever.

So you need to be switched on to, okay, this is a beautiful moment or things are going great and have those micro celebrations.

Because I might not succeed.
