Is that why you had to stop?

Well, yeah.

So earlier this year, I ran out of testosterone.

I trained to the point where I depleted my testosterone and now I could, you know, barely motivated to get up in the morning.

It's a really useful thing, this testosterone.

No, no, no, of course not.

No.

But one day I ran out of olive oil.

And so I started cooking with butter and it came back.

Seriously.

It turns out that you need some cholesterol to make testosterone.

Yeah.

And yeah, cooking with butter brought it all back.

Wow.

And I had this conversation with my nutritionist and he goes, well, how do you know?

And I go, because I'm horny.

So yeah, I'm not sure that you could be that horny at sea if you are putting all of your effort into the rowing because you're depleting the very thing that makes you feel that way.

Yes.

So I guess if you're storm bound for a couple of days and you start to bounce back, the hormone levels rise.

I like that question.
