Yes, sláinte care is close to my heart.

And if I can, it's multi-layered, but if I can just say two things.

One, the rotunda issue.

Yes, absolutely.

I applaud the Minister for holding out public-only contracts.

That's exactly what they are, public-only contracts.

No other grade of staff will be having a public-only contract and then be able to have a stream of income coming from some other quarter.

It just wouldn't happen.

But two, and the influence within the debate, and even this morning with Christina, like people are looking for extra safeguards and extra quality because they can pay for it.

And that's fundamentally wrong because your health is of my concern.

Every mother to be healthy is of my concern.

That's the way it has to be.

And Sláinte Care, and I would look at all the politicians, not just the two, my two colleagues here this morning, and I would say we're nine years after the Sláinte Care committee report.

One of the first tenets of that, the foundation blocks of that, was that the Solentia Care Implementation Office should be based in the Department of the Taoiseach.

A decision was taken not to.

Well, three things.

If you want to do about Sláinte Care, Sláinte Care is a revolution in how we deliver healthcare in this country, but it can only be delivered through evolution, through incremental steps over 10, 15 year period.

And it requires three things.

One, it requires political leadership.
