And it's something I really didn't expect.
It's a very difficult question.
I think it's the same question in our wider society at the moment about what organizations should be doing.
But I think it starts with the individual.
I think if every individual right now, whether you're white, black or any religion, any gender wants to make a difference, you have the possibility to do that.
And to do that, you need to have open discussion.
You need to be honest about what you believe in.
Obviously, we've been having these discussions in terms of our football industry for a long time now, in terms of the representation of black and ethnic minority coaches, in terms of the representation of black and ethnic minorities in boardrooms.
But now I think we all have to play a part.
It's not just organizations that have to play a part.
It's owners of football clubs.
It's every player that's willing to educate themselves and find out why football
And black people in general are feeling like they are second class citizens at times.
We have to educate ourselves.
So there's not one easy answer to give.
It's just me and my example.
I've always wanted to coach and I've always wanted to manage.
And top black players who played for England, played in the Champions League, won league titles, have told me it's never going to happen.
You know, we need to change that idea.
And that's not their fault.
