It's not about individuals.

It's not about shooting yourself in the foot.

There are certain values and cultures that I believe in, that this club believe in, that makes the team stronger if you get that right.

Top player, I think he's growing in confidence.

I think his hold-up play, the energy he puts into the team in terms of his press, his movement, his goal with the left foot is world-class.

The finish is magnificent, but actually I'm really, really delighted with his two tap-ins that he got.

He was in the right place at the right time.

We've worked hard with him on that.

There's a rule that says it can't be a foul if the ball's not in play yet.

So there's a lot of holding and grappling that goes on before the ball's actually delivered.

And I think that needs to be looked at because holding is holding.

But I don't want to be bitter.

We need to deal with it better.

Those games all kick off at a quarter to eight.

The whole city is very special to me.

My grandma was a season ticket holder.

She passed away a year to the day pretty much when I took that job.

I've got my family coming up.
