Everything's relative, but I've been sacked.
I've been an interim in an administration team where we had three players to start pre-season.
I had to get a phone book out with another guy, Pete Shuttleworth, who's now at Sheffield Wednesday, and build a team.
I had to build a team with no players for a massive club in Derby in League One.
And then I didn't get the job.
Now, at the time, I was very disappointed.
Then move on to Hull and build something really, really good there.
Then leave Hull and then go to France, a different culture, different language, playing against PSG Marseille with the youngest team in Europe.

And if you win games consistently, then you should be in a position to be successful in the long term.
100%.
100%.
I know the long-term objectives of the guys, why they've done things in a certain way.
And the great thing is I'm fully aligned with it.
I understand.
I understand why if results in the short term aren't quite where a club wants them to be, why there's frustration.
